Patrick J Reidy B.C.L Patrick J. Reidy qualified in 1970 and specialises in all types of litigation. He is Chairman of the firm and in charge of our Kilcullen office. He has represented clients in the County of Kildare and further afield for over 30 years. He is a keen golfer having been past Captain of the Curragh Golf Club and is a racing enthusiast and Legal Assessor to The Turf Club.
John C Reidy B.C.L John C. Reidy qualified in 1974 and specialises in the area of Commercial Law and Conveyancing. He is a member of the Conveyancing Committee of The Law Society and has acted for a number of clients in substantial takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of The Stock Exchange Disciplinary Committee and like his brother Patrick J Reidy he is a keen golfer and musician of some repute.
Thomas J Stafford B.C.L Thomas J. Stafford qualified in 1974 . He specialises in Conveyancing, Tax and Probate. He is rugby coach with Naas RFC and enjoys tennis and golf in his spare time.
Andrew J Cody B.C.L Andrew J. Cody qualified in 1990 and specialises in the area of Civil Litigation, including personal injury, insurance litigation and employment law.He is the managing partner in our firm and is a member of the Council of the Law Society. He is also our partner in charge of Information Technology.
Elaine M Cox B.C.L Elaine Cox qualified in 1996 and has been with our firm since 1997 . She specialises in Commercial Conveyancing, Building Developments and Domestic Conveyancing.
Geraldine Carthy B.A LL.B Geraldine Carthy qualified in 2000 having joined our firm as an Apprentice in 1997. She specialises in Family Law and Divorce. She has earned a reputation as being one of the foremost Family Law Lawyers in The County of Kildare.
Eva O' Brien B.C.L Eva O'Brien qualified in 1990 and is based with Patrick J. Reidy in our Kilcullen office. Eva specialises in all aspects of Conveyancing be it Commercial or Domestic. She also has many years experience in the drafting of Wills, Estate Administration and Tax Advice.
Barry Reidy Barry qualified in 2004 and specialises in Company Law and Commercial Conveyancing
Joan White Joan qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and is based in our Kilcullen office. She specialises in the area of Residential Conveyancing.
Helena Craddock Helena Craddock is a Legal Executive in our firm and is a specialist in the area of Probate and the Administration. In conjuction with Thomas J. Stafford and Eva O' Brien she handles the Probate and Administration work in our office. She is involved in the completion of all paper work, which she personally lodges with The Revenue Commissioners and Probate Office. She has been with our firm for 20 years.
Patricia Horgan Patricia Horgan is a Legal Executive specialising in Debt Collection. Patricia puts her 20 years experience to good use in the day to day administration of our Debt Collection Department. She ensures the efficient collection of outstanding money in consultation with our Litigation Solicitors in the office.
Liz Murphy Liz is a Legal Executive specialising in the area of Building Estates. She works in conjunction with Elaine Cox
John Bookle John specialises in Debt Collection having joined the firm in 2006 from one of the large Dublin firms where he was head of the Debt Collection Department. John also undertakes other Litigation work including Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation
Catherine Mitchell Catherine qualified 2005 with ACCA and runs the accounts with the firm. She was appointed our accountant in 2005 and is responsible for the efficient day to day running of the office.
Sarah Pierce Sarah has successfully completed all her exams and will qualify as a solicitor in early 2007 when she completes her trainee contract.
Pippa Reilly Pippa has successfully completed the first part of her final exam and works with Tom Stafford in the area of Conveyancing.
Andrew McCudden Andrew has also successfully completed the first part of his final exams and works in the area of Commercial Conveyancing and Company Law with John Reidy and Barry Reidy
Finnoula Grace Finnoula Is currently undertaking the first part of her final exams and is based in our Kilcullen office
