The probate service is looking after the administrative and financial matters of a loved one following their death. Our firm can help you with the administration and completion of what is a time consuming and complicated process. We can deal with the Probate Office, Government Departments, Revenue Commissioners and Financial Institutions on your behalf and can advise you on the tax implications involved in the administration of an estate. Our aim is to complete this process which can often be difficult, as smoothly as possible. If the deceased has left a Will then it will involve taking out a Grant of Probate and administering his/her estate in accordance with his/her wishes. If there is no Will then the estate will be administered in accordance with the Intestacy Rules.
